Osha Ray is an independent, spiritual, nondenominational minister with many years of teaching and consultation
background. For over twenty years Osha has been deeply involved in the holistic realm. She is a Certified Yoga
Instructor, Meditation Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Consultant, Reiki Master, and conducts
Corporate Wellness Programs. She has had training from world-class educators in the United States, Asia,
and India.
Osha says, "I have confronted my fears and furthered my understanding through skydiving, scuba diving,
fire walking, breaking boards Karate style, meditation intensives, and traveling alone through Asia and India
for many months on a tight budget. I have two adult daughters whom I am happy to call my friends, and I've
learned most through two long term marriages. My experiences and journey have led me to rediscover ancient
wisdom which exists within us all. I am passionate about life and can see the good in all people. I feel we can
be successful in anything we choose to do while still practicing loving kindness. My passion is teaching natural
ways to be healthy, happy, at peace, and full of energy."
